**Conditions: In order to receive cash rebate, Member*** (buyer and/or seller) must comply with the MAXADVANTAGE program requirements and close escrow using a CalPERS Mortgage Loan. Member not eligible if currently registered in cash-back real estate program other than RE/MAX – MAXADVANTAGE, Member’s employer is reimbursing Member for real estate services or paying for real estate services on Member behalf, or if Member is committed to other broker listing agreement, buyer broker agreement, or sales contract.
